welcome to the OLD VICARAGE

Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen with a dining table and a log burner, with views up to Catbells and Hindscarth. A hallway leads to a large sitting room with another log burner, TV, plenty of seating and views towards Skiddaw and Causey Pike. There is a downstairs loo and drying space for boots, jackets and rucksacks, plus a washing machine.

Upstairs, there are 2 cosy bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. The large family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the second bathroom has a small shower.

From the garden there are panoramic views across the Newlands Valley. Outdoor table and chairs for guest use and a Weber charcoal BBQ (please bring your own charcoal!).

The age of the property means it has uneven floors and three slate steps between the hall and kitchen.
